Supported by CNRS and the École polytechnique, the RI APOLLON has been made possible thanks to the support of many public partners (State, Region, research organizations, Territorial collectivities), and benefited from close scientific links with laser manufacturers. The result of this investment in the APOLLON project is the construction of an International Research Infrastructure, numerous technicals developments and partenerships betweens its various stakeholders.

APOLLON RI has benefited from several contracts with public partners. Scheduled from 2007 to the end of 2019, they made possible the construction of APOLLON.
